This weekend we're going to plan out the website, by 'we' I'm hoping to force Niki to help me, by plying her with wine and nice food. I've got a good website man already who's on the case, and also 2 local web designers who are interested...so lets see. Main thing is try to get website up and running by the time we have our LAUNCH party (yes! a launch party, i'm overwhelmed too! more about that one later)
So websites I love and want to be like (aka THE competition) and going to stalk this weekend for ideas:

Yo, looked at both the websites and I think Nasty Girl is great. Wasn't sure about Claire Incorruptible - it's gone down the dirty vintage route (if you know what I mean by that!) - the models look too intimidating & too thin. It's cool but not quite right. Doesn't seem accessible if you want to go vintage but don't quite know how. I like the $50 quick fixes idea. Your website needs to be edgy but not off-putting. The Nasty girl website is easy to use, the girls look like they could be you, you can see yourself in the dresses etc. The poses are pretty and show the items better than Claire's. Not sure if that helps at all! xx
