No 1:
Identify a market - yes. Vintage and consignment wedding dresses.
Scout out demand - Humm, sort of, been having some random chats with people, how can I find this out? Anyone?
Competition - There are some good wedding shops in Portland, but some rubbish ones too. Competition - Xtabay (so lovely, amazing shop, deco, people and they are starting to extend their vintage wedding dress collection, grrr), and The English Department and that's it (I think).
No 2: Ask a Pro. Where are you? No 3: Write a business plan. Check. Starting soon.
No 4/5/6/7/8/9/10, no idea as yet. Rubbish. Got a lot of work to do.
Not on the list, but I'm sure everyone needs a business card stampy thingy? So I got this one and good stamper. Call me!
